Step 3: Connect that benefit with an emotion

Emotional responses = memorable messages. Challenge yourself to come up with copy that will evoke an emotional response. Establishing a relationship between a benefit and an emotion will hit home with potential customers and bring your brand front-of-mind when they are ready to make a purchase.
